Snapshot of Previous IMH Local Chapter Events! 

• CANEY Chapter- Diaper Dash -invited our Families Forward Unit staff to donate diapers  

• Northwest (Traverse City)  - Coffee and Connect and  email blast  explaining CB - each day have a topic to highlight an agency working with families and young children and share favorite baby books  

• MetroDetroit - Invite posting of baby pictures on FB page 

• Jackson/Hillsdale - Drive through baby shower event - inviting families expecting a child or small children - 9 organizations with giveaways, Members send in baby pictures - posting on FB, Pop up baby reads at local libraries 

• Mid MIchigan -Local reading event for children, Partnered with 3 local baby pantries to make bags for moms/babies along with cards and stickers for CB (put a call out to support amazon wishlists). 

• Genesee/Shiawassee - share bags to share in Shiawassee baby pantry

• West MI- free training for professionals and interactive post on  FB page  Support new Pine Rest Mother baby program with - new rocking chair and gas cards 

• UP- virtual  event with presenter Erin Werth - court/DHHS workers - IMH on how to work with courts, virtual yoga event
